1. Affiliate Agreement
By signing up for the WeDo Charity Auctions Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms govern your participation as an affiliate and your relationship with WeDo Charity Auctions.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To participate in the affiliate program:
You must be 18 years or older.You must own or operate a website, blog, or social media channel.Your content should align with our brand’s mission of supporting charitable fundraising.
We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application at our discretion if the content or behavior associated with the applicant is deemed unsuitable.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you are responsible for:
Using the provided promotional materials and referral links in an appropriate manner.Accurately representing WeDo Charity Auctions in your communications.Avoiding any false, misleading, or unethical advertising.Complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on affiliate marketing disclosures.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn:
10% commission on WeDo fees that your referral signs up to.$100 sign-up bonus for every new charity or event organizer who registers and hosts an auction using your referral link.
5. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly, provided you have met the minimum payout threshold of $50.Payments are made via the selected payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. WeDo is not liable for delays or non-payment due to incorrect information.
6. Bonus Incentives
Top Performer Bonus: An additional bonus is awarded each quarter to the highest-performing affiliate.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Engage in any activity that is fraudulent or harmful to WeDo Charity Auctions, including but not limited to click fraud, keyword spamming, or misrepresentation.Use their affiliate link to self-refer or earn commissions from their own auctions.Promote WeDo Charity Auctions through unsolicited emails (spam) or any form of deceptive marketing practices.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Affiliate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate at any time if we determine that their actions violate these terms or harm the reputation of WeDo Charity Auctions. Affiliates may also voluntarily leave the program at any time by contacting our support team.
9. Liability Limitations
WeDo Charity Auctions will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this affiliate agreement, including loss of earnings or profits.
10. Modification of Terms
WeDo Charity Auctions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeDo Charity Auctions operates.
